LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, NEW YORK, NEW YORK, SEPTEMBER 14, 2026 — Milhaus announced it has completed its acquisition of Broadshore Capital Partners, an SEC-registered investment management and lending platform based in Los Angeles and New York. The transaction follows Milhaus' merger with Sares Regis Group Residential in spring 2026, forming what the company describes as a national, vertically integrated multifamily platform.

Broadshore Capital Partners operates with more than 35 years of experience in equity and debt investment strategies. The firm's client base includes large pension funds, insurance companies, and international institutional investors. Broadshore will now operate under the Milhaus umbrella.

According to the announcement, the combined platform will enable Milhaus to pursue debt and equity investments on behalf of capital partners. The company stated that investors will have access to a national firm with integrated construction and development capabilities, property management across more than 50,000 units, and investment administration services.

"This is a meaningful step forward in our strategy to scale the platform and expand our capabilities," said Tadd Miller, Chief Executive Officer at Milhaus. "Broadshore brings deep institutional relationships and a proven investment track record that complements our vertically integrated model. Together, we are better positioned to grow our acquisitions and lending platforms, access new opportunities, and deliver stronger outcomes for our investors."

Brad Howe joins Milhaus as Chief Investment Officer and shareholder following the acquisition. Howe spent 20 years leading Broadshore and its predecessor entity as Co-Managing Director, Co-CEO and CEO, overseeing more than $7.5 billion invested across approximately 200 transactions. Principals Russell Munn and James Pomeranz also join the combined organization.

The combined Milhaus platform now operates corporate offices in Indianapolis, Newport Beach, Los Angeles, New York, Orlando, and Phoenix. According to the company, the transaction positions the platform to pursue equity and debt investments and accelerates Milhaus' growth trajectory by 5 to 10 years.

Jones Lang LaSalle Securities, LLC served as Milhaus' exclusive financial advisor on the transaction.
