Greenfield Partners Launches Domica Employee Housing Platform With 70-Unit Naples Project
NAPLES, FLORIDA, OCTOBER 21, 2026 — Greenfield Partners has launched Domica, a housing platform designed to address employee housing shortages for employers in the private club, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. The company announced it has begun site work on its first development at Livingston and Radio Roads in Naples, Florida.
Domica at Radio Road is a 70-unit community designed with employee needs in mind. According to the announcement, half of the project's 70 units are pre-leased to a members-only beach club in Naples that partnered with Domica to provide team members access to housing near their workplace.
Jennifer Faron, Principal at Greenfield Partners, stated, "The markets we are targeting represent some of the most affluent regions in the country, supported by strong tourism and large healthcare systems. While luxury housing is consistently in development in these regions, the U.S. is currently facing an estimated shortage of approximately 7.2 million attainably priced apartments, according to The National Association of Realtors/Realtor.com, and this demand is even starker among employees within the hospitality and healthcare industries, who face increasingly difficult commutes, making it tough for employers in these sectors to attract and retain talent."
The platform is structured to support hospitality employers, including private clubs and resorts, as well as the healthcare sector. Domica sources and acquires development sites and existing assets, developing or repositioning them to suit employee needs. The company utilizes block leases of various terms with individual employers.
Domica offers occupancy planning, moving management, and related services tailored to employer housing needs. Employee transportation to and from work sites is offered in some markets. Employers determine how to share the cost of rent with their employees.
The Radio Road location is expected to open in Q3 2027. The property will feature 70 fully furnished units across 4 stories, with flexible layouts that can be reconfigured into 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units depending on employer needs. Each unit includes a full kitchen, living area, shared laundry facilities, and a private bathroom for each bedroom. Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, and community room.
