PLK Communities Named a Finalist for the 2027 Best Places to Work Multifamily®Its national rank will be revealed live on the main stage on December 1 at the Multifamily Innovation® Technology & AI Summit in Scottsdale, Arizona.
PLK Communities today announced that it has been named a finalist for the 2027 Best Places to Work Multifamily® by the Multifamily Innovation® Council. The official national rankings will be announced live on the main stage at the Multifamily Innovation® Technology & AI Summit, December 1–3, 2026, in Scottsdale, Arizona, where PLK Communities will learn its rank.
PLK Communities also earned a place on the 2027 Best Places to Work Multifamily® for Women list, which is determined by the survey responses of women at the organization. Those rankings will also be revealed at the Summit.
PLK’s latest finalist recognition builds on a record of national honors from this program. PLK ranked No. 22 overall and No. 16 on the Women list for 2022; No. 10 overall and No. 27 for Women for 2023; and No. 10 in the 5,000–19,999-unit portfolio category and No. 22 for Women for 2025.
Now in its 12th year, Best Places to Work Multifamily® is a workplace assessment and recognition program for the multifamily industry. Finalists are determined by a confidential survey of their own employees, analyzed across eight benchmark categories: Leadership, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training, Development and Resources, Pay and Benefits, and Overall Engagement.
“PLK isn’t simply people first-we’re human first. That distinction matters. It means seeing the whole person behind every role, every resident interaction and every community we serve. More than 260 people bring that belief to life each day through compassion, ownership and excellence. They don’t just represent the PLK brand; they are the PLK brand. That’s why recognition rooted in their voices means so much—and why I couldn’t be prouder of what we’re building together,” said Bradley S. Slomsky, Vice President of Marketing & Brand at PLK Communities.
“As AI changes how the work gets done, it raises the bar on engaging, retaining, and growing leadership inside an organization. The real operational leverage, today and tomorrow, is people,” said Patrick Antrim, Chairman of the Multifamily Innovation® Council.
The rankings are revealed at the Summit in front of the industry. Recognized executives accept their award on the red carpet, on camera. The full list of 2027 finalists is available in the Multifamily Innovation® Council’s official finalist announcement.
